THE ACCOMPANISTS
The Accompanists is a composition of small movements, sounds, sung and spoken text, which are shared between two dancers and a recorded musical score. The materials are drawn together into increasingly complex rhythmical patterns. The result is a performance of subtle and uplifting virtuosity which gives insight into the dynamics of how we play with other people.
